The Turbinenhaus Brasserie in Kolbermoor combines modern French cuisine with an impressive interior design by Stephanie Thatenhorst. The restaurant is located in a historic building of the former spinning mill and combines industrial architecture with contemporary design. We have developed the brand holistically - from branding to menu and print design to digital presence. The visual concept picks up on the architectural substance and translates it into an independent, consistent brand world. The interior and mood pictures are by Stephanie Thatenhorst and Anna Fichtner.
